We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Agent with strong technical troubleshooting experience to support operations in the refrigerated container (reefer) industry. No prior refrigeration experience is required—full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot system and equipment issues using structured problem-solving
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
- Interpret alarms and system messages
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Accurately document cases in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with ticketing/CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Experience in logistics, industrial, or equipment support
