Inside Sales Representative
We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in the container or logistics industry, and a strong working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite CRM/ERP.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Generate quotations, process orders, and track sales opportunities using NetSuite.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inside sales, ideally within the container, logistics, or supply chain industry.
Proficiency with NetSuite (CRM/ERP) or similar platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
